Hi.... My wife ordered a phone as a surprise for me. To her and my shock, the phone which was delivered to me, is not what she ordered. We have been sending emails since then, but the response is very slow. Even after sending images of phone we received, and the phone she ordered, the support system is yet to identify the mistake.
